Water

An open-air practice in the forest, singing bowls and drum, and ceremonial cacao to close. Two still hours in the middle of twenty million people.

The same ceremony, but in the facilitator’s own home and in a small group. You come in barefoot and leave knowing everyone.

Guided breathwork first, ice water after, with the sun going down. Uncomfortable for three minutes and hard to forget for the rest of the trip.
