How we work
Net rates
We give you the net cost, with no retail margin inside. You add your profit and set the price for your client. Rates improve from 8 passengers up and are negotiated by volume for groups and series.
Which prices are public
This website publishes prices for the individual experiences in Cartagena and Mexico City, aimed at the independent traveller. Tailor-made programmes, groups and multi-day itineraries are quoted separately and have no public price anywhere.
Free tour leader
The tour leader travels free, with no minimum number of passengers. There is no threshold to reach.
Payment
50% deposit to confirm and the balance before operation. For agencies we already work with, certain services can be pre-booked with no deposit.
Cancellation & lead times
No penalty up to 15 days before. And we ask for no minimum lead time: you can book even on the same day, subject to availability.
Groups & tailor-made programmes
We move over a hundred passengers in a single day and build multi-day itineraries across Colombia and Mexico, not only in the two cities of the catalogue. Every group gets an assigned logistics coordinator.
